Account Suspension and Termination

Serious or repeated violations may result in:

• Temporary account suspension (1-30 days)
• Loss of gem earnings from policy violations
• Permanent account termination for severe violations
• Forfeiture of unused gems upon termination

Appeals Process

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error:
